About the role

We’re looking for experienced Excavator and Bobcat (Skid-Steer) Operators to join our Canberra crew in a permanent full-time role. You’ll be working across a range of landscape and civil sites around the ACT, doing the finishing work that makes a project look right.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Final trimming for garden beds and turf areas
- Base preparation for concrete paths
- Trenching and bulk earthworks
- Lifting and placing heavy materials with the machine
- Helping out with general labouring when machine work isn’t needed

What You’ll Need

- Current VOC for Excavator and Skid-Steer
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an operator
- White Card and current driver’s licence
- A safety-first attitude and a good eye for finished levels
- Landscape construction experience is a bonus
