Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the complex daily and weekly care schedules for clients and caregivers.

- Proactively address scheduling changes, call-outs, and emergencies with speed and empathy.

- Ensure all scheduling meets client needs, staff availability, and compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our scheduling system.

- Act as a key communicator between clients, caregivers, and management.

The Details:

- Position: Part -Time Scheduling Coordinator

- Location: Nurse Next Door Newcastle Office

- Hours: Part-time hours, including a rotating roster covering afternoons and holiday coverage Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview.

- Wednesdays and Thursday
