Endeavour Foundation in Bundaberg is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our brand-recent SIL homes in Svensson Heights. You will assist residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and support for individuals with complex behaviours using positive behaviour support strategies and redirection techniques.

We offer master rosters with set fortnights (40–50 hours per fortnight), including Overnight Sleepover shifts and every 2nd weekend.
