EXCEPTIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (both verbal and written) are an absolute MUST for this role.
Applicants of all levels of experience are welcome to apply. Previous dental reception or other customer service experience will be considered favourably. Dental assistants or practice managers who are looking to change gears toward reception work are also welcome to apply. There will be room for growth beyond reception work for the right candidate.
