Small Animal Specialist Hospital – Ryde NSW is seeking a part time Contact Centre Officer to join the North Ryde Contact Centre. You will be the first point of contact for clients and referring veterinarians, providing supportive, friendly service during stressful times.

The role involves handling high volumes of calls, bookings, payments, and pet insurance guidance, with overnight Friday–Sunday shifts 10pm–6am. Veterinary knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
