The City of Ballarat is seeking casual Customer Experience Officers to join the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm, skilled experience and helping customers with memberships, programs and services.
We are looking for friendly, motivated people who thrive in a busy environment, can work across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and communicate clearly while using computer systems to assist visitors.
