Job Description
We are currentlyseekingKITCHEN HANDS to join the team at Soul Origin M4 East on a Casual basis!
Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you!
You’llbe responsible for:
- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.
Qualifications
To be successfulyou’llhave:
- Experience using commercial grade knives
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays asrequired
- A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
- Available for early morning starts from 4:30am.
