AJ's Total Truck Gear in Queensland head office is seeking a part time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and office communications. You will provide support to the Office and Leadership team and maintain a constant presence in the head office on a part-time basis.
You will handle inbound queries, answer calls, greet guests, keep the office well presented, and manage invoicing and freighting tasks across branches, ensuring timely updates to customers.
