Mounties Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our Halekulani Bowling Club team on a part time basis in Budgewoi, NSW. You will prepare and cook a variety of dining options, while maintaining high standards and delivering wholesome, well-presented meals for our guests.
Key duties include managing efficient food prep, maintaining presentation, serving bistro and function meals, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring hygiene practices.
