Contract Care is seeking a compassionate NDIS Support Worker to assist a young participant in Casino, NSW. You will provide personal care, daily living support and medication prompts in alignment with the participant's NDIS plan.

You will also help with community access, transport, appointments and social activities, following participant plans and house routines. Secure manual handling, shift documentation, and collaboration with families and professionals are essential.
