We are a growing Australian home textiles brand, currently looking for two full-time Sales Consultants to join our first retail store in Balmain.

Our brand focuses on three key natural fabrics: cotton, silk and linen. Our product range includes bedding sets, bed linen and home textile products, from high-quality everyday collections and mid-to-high-end ranges to highly customised bedding made to individual customer requirements.

Our store is brand new and fully renovated, with approximately 70 sqm of showroom space, plus a rear warehouse and work area, making the total store space over 130 sqm. We also have a separate storage warehouse to support our inventory and operations.

The store features new flooring, lighting and custom solid timber display cabinetry, creating a comfortable and qualified environment for our customers.

About You

- * Previous retail or face-to-face sales experience
- * Strong communication and customer service skills




- * Confident and motivated in sales
- * Experience in home textiles, bedding, furniture, homewares, fashion, beauty or jewellery is highly regarded
- * Willing to learn about products, fabrics and customised services
- * Reliable, responsible and looking for long-term career development

We will provide training in our products, fabrics, workmanship, sizing and customised services. We are looking for candidates who already have some sales and customer communication experience.

High-performing team members will have the opportunity to grow with the brand and progress into Senior Sales Consultant, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager roles.
