About the role

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join us part-time (up to 25 hours per week, with complete flexibility on days and hours). This is a true generalist role, partnering with our Directors and Practice Manager to deliver both strategic and operational HR support aligned with our growth, values, and business objectives.

As the People and Culture Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our people strategy while also managing day-to-day HR operations. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously, influencing at a senior level, and implementing practical HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and compliance.

About you

- Proven experience (5+ years)



in generalist HR roles, ideally within small to medium-sized organisations
- Confidence in advising and influencing senior leaders on a broad range of HR and people matters
- Strong capability across employee relations, career development, performance management, and end to end recruitment
- Ability to work autonomously while building trusted, collaborative relationships across all levels
- Sound judgment and a calm and considered approach when navigating complex or sensitive HR matters
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, with the initiative to drive improvements
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a rapid-paced environment
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, resilience, and attention to detail
