Endeavour Foundation in Bundaberg offers a dedicated role for experienced Disability Support Workers in new SIL homes. You will provide personal care and support with daily living activities, following positive behaviour support strategies and redirection techniques.

The role features Master Rosters with fixed shifts, permanent part-time hours between 40-50 hours per fortnight, including Overnight Sleepover Shifts and every 2nd weekend. Training and growth opportunities are encouraged.
