you will be:Previous experience in a similar Concierge/Front Office role in a Resort/Hotel environment is essentialGenuine passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectationsExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsCompetent in computer systems (Opera experience an advantage)The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environmentImmaculate presentation and grooming standardsAbility to work between 7am to 11pm on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and school holiday periodsWhere Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
