We're looking for people with previous hospitality experience across Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), or both .

Whether you're a kitchen pro, a customer service superstar, or someone with experience across both sides of hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

With our new Hampton location opening soon , we're building our team and looking for great people to be part of this exciting new chapter.

The Role

As a Team Member, you are an important part of the Royal Stacks team. Your role is all about delivering great food, great service and making sure every guest has an awesome experience.

Depending on your experience and the position you are suited to, your role may include:

- Whip up culinary delights and prepare our burgers, sides and other menu items to Royal Stacks standards
- Ensure food is prepared, cooked and presented consistently
- Keep the kitchen shipshape, clean and organised
- Follow food safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and general kitchen duties
- Work efficiently as part of the team during busy service periods
- Help ensure every dish is a flavour-packed masterpiece

FOH Stars

- Welcome guests with a grin and provide friendly, genuine customer service
- Take orders accurately and efficiently




- Prepare and serve meals and drinks
- Deliver meals with flair and ensure every guest feels welcomed, well cared for and leaves with a smile
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Help ensure every guest leaves eager to return for more of our tasty burgers

What We're Looking For

We're ideally looking for experienced hospitality team members who have previous experience in either FOH or BOH .

We're looking for passionate, team-oriented individuals with a hunger for outstanding food and even better vibes.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in either FOH, BOH or both
- A positive, energetic and genuine “can do attitude
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- A strong focus on cleanliness, presentation and quality
- Great communication and customer service skills for FOH roles
- A passion for people, food and creating a great guest experience

FOH applicants with a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification are preferred.
