Ingenia Lifestyle Springside in Victoria is seeking a Part Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to keep the park clean, protected, and welcoming for residents and guests. You’ll perform mowing, pruning, planting and basic repairs while delivering high standards of service.
Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll coordinate contractor work, manage budgets within guidelines, conduct WHS checks, and contribute to a positive, team-first culture at Australia’s first Green Star-rated sustainable community.
