Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd appoints a Precinct Manager for Mercy Place Colac, overseeing a 107-bed Residential Aged Care Home and 29 Seniors Living Units. This permanent full-time role requires leading multiple teams, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with accreditation standards.

You will work with allied health, hospitality, lifestyle and community teams to deliver person-centred care, with solid emphasis on budgets, occupancy, and safety. AHPRA registration is highly desirable.
