Village Dairy in Traralgon, Victoria, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coordinating production, warehouse, dispatch, people, and equipment on the Traralgon site. The role reports to the Site Manager and focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will work cross-functionally with the Production Manager to align plans, labour, materials and resources, while developing the operational team to drive performance and efficiency.
