Scape Australia in Sydney is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the front-end delivery of our mixed-use projects, including Retirement Living, PBSA and Build-to-Rent, ensuring planning and acquisition outcomes align with our strategic and sustainability targets.
You'll manage the development, design, procurement and construction workstreams, coordinate architects and engineers, and represent Scape Australia with planning authorities, joint ventures and external consultants.
