Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global luxury retail organisation to appoint an Human Resources Manager on a 1-year contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to join a fast-paced, people-centric environment and support the full employee lifecycle across a dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Country Manager and regional HR leadership, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support, partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, payroll coordination, compensation reviews, HR reporting, policy implementation, and workforce administration. They will also work collaboratively with regional stakeholders to support broader HR projects and organisational priorities.

This position requires a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing both strategic partnering and operational execution. The role will involve advising managers on people matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, supporting employee engagement initiatives,



and driving best-practice HR processes across the business.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience within a generalist HR capacity, with exposure across areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations. Experience within retail, consumer, luxury, hospitality, or similarly fast-paced environments would be highly advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the agility to navigate competing priorities are essential for success in this role.
