Techforce Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large mining and resources operation in Brisbane CBD. The role partners with operational leaders, providing practical HR support across the employee lifecycle and addressing complex ER matters with site-based teams.
Based in Brisbane, you will travel to operational sites roughly every four weeks and work closely with the People & Culture team to implement consistent HR practices across the business.
