About Lake Keepit

Set on the shores of Lake Keepit in regional NSW, this is a destination with plenty of scope for an experienced tourism, hospitality or accommodation leader to make their mark.

Lake Keepit is particularly unique within the Reflections portfolio, bringing together the traditional holiday park experience of cabins, powered and unpowered sites with Wilderluxe Lake Keepit – Reflections’ premium glamping offering. The Park Manager will oversee the complete operation, ensuring both sides of the destination deliver an exceptional experience for their respective guests.





Wilderluxe also creates an exciting opportunity to continue developing unique experiences and partnerships, with scope to strengthen the offering through events, local experiences, suppliers and broader community connections.

About the opportunity

Offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract, the Park Manager will take ownership of the overall operational and commercial performance of Lake Keepit, leading the onsite team and creating a welcoming, safe and memorable environment for guests.

This is a broad, hands‑on leadership role. You’ll balance the day‑to‑day realities of running a busy holiday park with the commercial and strategic thinking required to identify opportunities, grow revenue and further develop the guest experience.

You’ll lead and develop the park team, manage budgets and workforce requirements, maintain high standards across safety, compliance and presentation, and build strong relationships throughout the local community. The role also provides the opportunity to work alongside Reflections’ broader marketing, operations and development teams to continue evolving the Lake Keepit offering.

Importantly, this isn’t a role that operates solely from behind a desk. Park life requires a leader who is visible, practical and happy to step in alongside the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the onsite team,



creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture.
- Take ownership of the operational and financial performance of the park, including budgets, expenditure, revenue and workforce planning.
- Maintain high standards of park presentation, guest experience, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Continue developing and enhancing the Wilderluxe offering, identifying opportunities to create distinctive guest experiences.
- Build strong relationships with community groups, suppliers, tourism partners and other local stakeholders.
- Support events, partnerships and initiatives that increase engagement with Lake Keepit and the surrounding region.
- Work collaboratively with Reflections’ marketing, operations and development teams on projects and opportunities across the park.
- Participate in the park’s after-hours/on-call arrangements as part of the broader management team.
