Western Health is seeking a Midwifery Unit Manager for the Maternity Assessment Centre at Joan Kirner Women’s & Children’s Hospital, Sunshine (primarily). The role provides visible leadership for daily operations, clinical governance and workforce management within a multidisciplinary team.
You will work with senior leaders to strengthen standards of care, consumer experience and workforce performance, supporting Best Care for women, birthing people, babies and families across Melbourne’s west.
