Northern Beaches Council is seeking a dynamic Aquatic Programs Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to lead and grow our aquatic and recreation programs. You will drive Learn to Swim, Schools, Recreation Programs and Crèche services, while inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The role also focuses on system improvements as we implement a recent customer and membership management system, and involves managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
