CHEP Kemps Creek Service Centre is seeking a Maintenance Lead to keep the site safe, reliable and productive as automation expands. You will lead from the front, mentor the team and drive a culture of accountability across maintenance.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing contractors and spares, and driving continuous improvement using MEX CMMS in a highly automated workplace.
