The State of Victoria is seeking a senior regulatory leader reporting to the Executive Director, Safeguarding and Regulation. You will lead a specialist team to shape contemporary regulatory practice and provide expert guidance across schemes to improve safeguarding outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, influence policy positions, and strengthen information sharing with regulators and partners to enhance regulatory design and operations.
