Beacon Building Services (BBS) is expanding and seeks an experienced Remedial Construction Estimator to hit the ground running. You will assess defects, plan repairs, and prepare cost estimates for commercial, strata and insurance projects.
In this role you will analyse building reports, prepare BOQs and tender submissions, and liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors to ensure accurate, timely delivery of remedial works.
