Aequra in Sydney is seeking a Care Manager to lead our nursing and care teams, ensuring secure, person-centred care and driving accreditation readiness. You will work with the Facility Manager to uphold clinical governance and resident wellbeing.

You must be AHPRA registered with 5+ years in aged care, with leadership experience and a focus on continuous quality improvement. The role includes collaboration with Head Office on HR, rostering and education.
