Ventia's Rigs & Wells division seeks a self-motivated SHEQ Advisor to join the Safety, Health, Workplace & Quality team. This field-based role on Barrow Island reports to the SHEQ Manager and focuses on stakeholder engagement and in-field support for Rigs and Wells – Energy Contract.

You will promote a positive health and safety culture, drive continual improvement, and support risk assessments, audits, training, and incident investigations.
