Sales & Leadership Performance is seeking a Business Development Manager for manufacturing and packaging solutions in NSW. You will build and own the NSW pipeline, prospect new business, and manage relationships with food processing, manufacturing and industrial clients.
The role focuses on current business with a small portfolio of existing customers, offering a clear path to uncapped commission and a company vehicle. A Perth head office will support onboarding and initial territory familiarisation.
