TLC Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Trade Officer to join the Building & Projects team. You will coordinate maintenance, minor refurbishment projects and asset management across TLC sites, working with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to keep facilities compliant and operational.

Requirements include trade qualifications in Carpentry/Joinery and 3–5 years’ experience in building maintenance services. Travel across TLC sites is required, and a company vehicle is provided.
