Meander Valley Council in Tasmania seeks an experienced Team Leader People & Safety to lead HR, WHS and workforce services. Based in Westbury, you will provide practical advice, support managers, and foster a safe, fair and productive workplace.

You will oversee recruitment, policy development, incident investigations and enterprise agreement support while leading a small team within the Corporate Services Department. This is a full time, permanent role based in Tasmania.
