Mount Alexander Shire Council is seeking a Part Time HACC-PYP and Aged Care Intake Officer (Fixed Term Oct 2026–May 2027) in Central Victoria. The role focuses on intake assessments, developing client plans, and fostering solid community links, supporting independent living for older adults and people with a disability.

The ideal candidate will have health or community care experience, and knowledge of HACC-PYP and CHSP. Driver's licence and Working with Children Check are required.
