Western Health is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery (ADONM) to lead the Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Unit at Williamstown Hospital. The role is full-time, fixed term until 30 August 2027, 40 hours per week with an Accrued Day Off (ADO) and some flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates will hold current AHPRA RN/Midwifery registration and have senior leadership experience, strong change management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver safe, patient-centred care
