HAYLO People is recruiting for a senior role within the Personal Injury and General Insurance space in Australia. You will assess and triage claims to determine eligibility of psychological injuries, manage a small portfolio, and lead on disputed claims while coordinating with litigated and specialised teams.

You will liaise with injured workers, agency partners and iCare to optimise results and customer experience, ensuring quality delivery within legislated timeframes.
