We’re the NSW Government’s land and property developer, on a mission to increase the supply of homes in more places, for more people.
We work with councils, local builders, not-for‑profits, developers and the community to create sustainable, affordable places where people want to live. Together, we’re not just building homes — we’re building a better, stronger NSW.
Our mission is to make a positive difference in people’s lives by increasing the supply, affordability and diversity of housing; and by creating sustainable communities where people can connect, contribute and live well.
