Neami National seeks an Intake and Assessment Coordinator for Brisbane North at Royal Brisbane Hospital. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering structured intake, assessment and referral services for people accessing mental health and wellbeing support.

You will be responsible for intake contacts, consumer assessments, eligibility screening and referral reviews to ensure the right level of care is provided.
