The Dry Dock Public House and Dining Room in Balmain is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, curate the beverage program, and inspire a qualified team. You’ll manage a busy, award‑winning venue with a 470‑bottle list, 51 by the glass, 16 beers on tap, and classic cocktails.

Bring 3+ years in a premium bar/restaurant leadership role, deep knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits, strong organisation, and experience with POS and stock systems.
