About the Role
We're looking for an experienced retail leader to lead our Caringbah store, one of our key NSW locations. With a loyal customer base, an established team and strong foundations already in place, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant business and make a real impact. You'll inspire and develop your team, drive commercial performance and create exceptional customer experiences, while building a positive, high-performing culture where people can thrive.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a leader who is passionate about people, thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment and knows how to drive both team engagement and commercial results.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Proven success as a Store Manager or experienced retail leader within a high-volume retail environment
- A strong track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Experience driving sales growth, managing KPIs and delivering commercial outcomes
- Strong operational capability, including stock management, rostering and workforce planning
- The ability to create an engaging and customer-focused team culture
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Confidence analysing performance, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement
- A genuine interest in home, lifestyle, interiors or creating inspiring retail environments
