We are now adding Mortgage Broking capabilities to complement our market-leading commercial finance offering to our customers.

We are looking for the right person to help us build our residential mortgage and commercial property portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Manage client finance applications end-to-end, including handling the initial enquiry, information gathering, documentation, lender submissions, and settlement coordination.

Maintain accurate records across our CRM and financier portals, ensuring compliance with lender requirements at every stage.

Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financiers, referral sources and accountants.

Apply your finance knowledge to help structure transactions and work with our broker team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.





Contribute to process improvement as the team continues to grow.

About You

You bring at least 1-3 years of experience in a mortgage broker role or direct client-fronting lending role and you’re ready for a role with more breadth, more client exposure, and more opportunity to learn. You’ll also have:

Experience in home or commercial loan lending.

A positive understanding of compliance in consumer and commercial finance.

Strong attention to detail and a track record of managing multiple transactions or priorities.

Confident communication skills and the ability to manage relationships across clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms or financier portals is a plus.

A willingness to embrace AI. We’ve incorporated AI into every part of the business and need the right people to help us continue the journey.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (mandatory).

Work Arrangements

This role is predominantly office-based in our St Kilda Road office for the first year. The reason is simple: it’s the fastest way to learn. You’ll get maximum exposure to the team you’ll learn from, and the day-to-day rhythm of live deals.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency (full work rights required).

Police Check to be completed prior to commencement.

Base plus incentive plus Super, based on experience.
