The CASE MANAGER role focuses on male victims of Domestic and Family Violence under the Safer Pathways program, delivering coordinated case management, safety planning and referrals across multiple Sydney regions.
You will work 2 days per week from Caringbah with some work-from-home, and attend Safety Action Meetings in the St George and Sutherland regions, requiring high-conflict and complex case management
