John Pearson Consulting Group is seeking an AOD Client Case Worker to provide culturally safe, strengths-based support to First Nations participants aged 15 and over across Bundaberg and surrounding communities.

You will build trusted relationships, assess needs, and connect clients with health, housing and recovery services while maintaining accurate records and reporting. The role is full time, fixed-term until end of June 2027 with extension potential.
