You’ll work closely with our nurses and care staff, support daily routines, and help families feel informed and reassured. What You’ll Do

- Support the nursing team with day‑to‑day clinical care.

- Help complete and update resident care plans and simple assessments.

- Keep an eye on residents’ wellbeing and report any changes.

- Make sure documentation is clear and accurate (we’ll train you on our system).

- Communicate with families in a respectful, culturally aware way.

- Work with GPs and allied health when needed.

- Help with handovers, care meetings, and general coordination tasks.

- Encourage a calm, caring, culturally familiar environment for residents.

What we're looking for

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)



with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) or equivalent professional qualification

- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in aged care nursing or a related healthcare setting

- Good communicaton and teamwork skills.

- A caring, patient, and organised approach.

- Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin.

- Understanding of Chinese cultural practices, family expectations.
