IWG is seeking a centre leader for our Sydney network. You will be responsible for all aspects of the centre’s performance, with autonomy to run it as your own business.
You’ll oversee daily in office operations, welcome and tour prospective customers, and upsell to existing clients while ensuring excellent, world-class service. You’ll lead a small team, drive targets, and deliver a high standard of customer care that turns visitors into brand ambassadors for you, your team and IWG.
