Your Scope & Clinical Variety

- Dynamic Acute Care Delivery: Provide evidence-based, person-centred medical and surgical nursing care across varied patient presentations, acuity levels, and regional clinical models.
- Statewide Deployment Experience: Undertake structured secondments across Victorian regional and rural healthcare networks, returning to base hospital rosters between assignments.
- Collaborative Patient Advocacy: Deliver thorough clinical assessments, rapid escalation, risk minimisation, and discharge coordination alongside local multidisciplinary teams.

What You Bring

- AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Acute Experience: Minimum 12 months' recent full‑time equivalent clinical experience within an Australian acute medical or surgical hospital setting.
- Adaptability & Drive: High clinical confidence, rapid adaptability to new environments, and a genuine commitment to regional health service delivery.
- Roster Flexibility: Willingness and capability to work a 7‑day rotating roster and undertake scheduled Victorian regional deployments.
- Required Clearances: Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Immunisation Clearance prior to commencement.
