Belgravia Leisure is seeking an outstanding Centre Manager to lead the Casterton Pool this summer season (Nov–Apr). You’ll oversee daily operations, drive safety, manage a small team and deliver high-quality customer experiences for the community.

As the hands-on leader, you’ll coordinate with the local Council, manage KPIs and ensure financial targets are met, while promoting career progression across the Belgravia network.
