The JBS Townsville Plant is seeking an Engagement & Support Coordinator to join the HR team on a full time basis. You will support the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) workforce through the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing pastoral care of PALM program participants.

You will coordinate paperwork for offers and hires, ensure legal compliance, and support offshore recruitment and mobility.
