THE POSITION

- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations across a variety of remote village facilities
- Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing, water and drainage systems
- Completing fault finding and repairs to ensure uninterrupted village services
- Undertaking gas servicing and gas testing activities where licensed and authorised
- Ensuring all work complies with safety, regulatory and environmental standards
- Working collaboratively with electricians, refrigeration technicians and other trades
- Contributing to the delivery of reliable essential services within diverse operational environments

THE PERSON

To be successful, you will possess:

- Qualified Plumber with relevant WA trade certification
- Current Plumbing Licence




- Gas Testing and/or Gas Servicing qualifications highly regarded but not essential
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work flexibly across different rosters and remote locations
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screeningMust reside in Western Australia and be able to FIFO from Perth Airport
