We are looking for an experienced, high-quality Joinery Installer for an immediate start on premium apartment projects across Melbourne.
This is an installer role.
We want someone who knows their trade, takes pride in their work and can install high-end joinery accurately, efficiently and to a very high standard .

We specialise in high-end apartment joinery, manufacturing through our own factory and delivering projects from manufacture through to installation.
With 18 years in the Melbourne market , we have a strong pipeline of projects and have recently expanded into Sydney.
Quality is critical to our business, and we are looking for installers who share that standard.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- Installing high-end apartment joinery
- Kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, laundries and architectural joinery
- Reading and working accurately from shop drawings
- Installing cabinets, doors, panels, fillers, kickers and finished components
- Completing adjustments and final detailing
- Identifying installation issues and finding practical solutions
- Defects, rectifications and final finishing when required
- Maintaining a clean, skilled installation standard
WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR
You must have:
- Strong joinery/cabinet installation experience
- High-end or apartment installation experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in your finished work
- Ability to read plans and shop drawings
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
- Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
- Your own tools and transport
- White Card
PAY & CONDITIONS
$55–$70 per hour , depending on experience and capability.
We are also happy to work with experienced subcontract installers on cabinet/install rates rather than hourly rates.
