In this dual role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team of technicians and advisors, and drive customer satisfaction for our KGM and Peugeot brands.

What We Are Looking For

- Technical Qualification: A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Industry Experience:



Proven background in automotive service or parts management.
- Dual Capabilities: Robust understanding of both workshop mechanics and inventory control.
- Financial Performance: Meet and exceed monthly revenue, efficiency, and inventory targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent leadership abilities to motivate a team and resolve customer queries.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure a Premium, seamless experience for every guest.
- Compliance: Maintain manufacturer standards for warranty claims and parts ordering.
- Systems Literacy: Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and manufacturer portals.
- Team Management: Mentor, schedule, and support technicians and service/parts advisors.
- Department Leadership: Manage daily workflow across both service workshop and parts inventory.
